Womensecret which I love a lot has two catalogues for spring and summer. My only disappointment is that it has no more branches in Turkey, it's a personal disaster because I love this Spanish brand and the only way I can buy anything by Womensecret is by going home to Russia.

For a second season in a row Charlotte Holmes models for the British loveliest lingerie brand Fred&Ginger, and as far as I can guess the general theme is ballet, everyone has gone completely Black Swan mad, last year it was Alice, this year it is ballet. Anyway, I like it, what about you?

Yes Master, FW 2011

This is the most extraordinary ad campaign I have ever seen in my life and it belongs to a British lingerie label Yes Master whose creative designer Igor Pacemski drew inspiration from psychodelic witchcraft and love potions to create a very interesting lingerie collection. I must say though that celestial prints are not at all new for the fashion industry (Risto Bimbiloski, Christopher Kane's resort 2011 collection), it is indeed new for the lingerie sector. And yes, I would love to have a body with that foggy town streets. Watch the video to get tuned to what you will see in the ad campaign. Emily Browning reinvented that oldie-goldie Sweet Dreams song by Eurythmics, love her interpretation.

Else Lingerie, SS 2011

Today I'm very happy and honoured to introduce you a Turkish lingerie brand (hurrah!!!) founded by Ela Onur, Else Lingerie. It is hand crafted in Istanbul, Turkey, from the finest materials. It includes two ranges, one under the name of Else is more boudoir-like style while the other, Something Else range, is oriented on younger audience that prefers more comfortable and minimalistic style. And this season the Something Else range featured the Chick Flick collection which to my mind is absolutely gorgeous, I love the candy coloured stripes and ruffles on the bra and the cami.

Lonely Hearts is the New Zealand-based lingerie brand behind which you can find a duo of Steve Ferguson, ex-professional snowboarder, and Helene Morris who comes from a family with a long-standing background of dressmaking and textile. Very modern and feminine and with that subtle vintage feeling.

The Cherry Blossom Girl for Etam

The popular French blogger Alix aka The Cherry Blossom Girl collaborated with the French lingerie giant Etam and here is the result - her own signature collection which is very airy, girlie, candy sweet, romantic and gentle like a rose petal, just like the girl herself. I discovered this lingerie brand from Brazil a couple of days ago and I was astonished, well, you know here, I mean in this part of the world, we are accustomed to see slim fit models with perfect bodies, what I saw in this collection is absolutely contrary to our expectations but this is the matter of beauty standards in various countries. Very yummy model, I must say!

Intimissimi, summer 2011

Intimissimi has been very productive recently, I haven't yet fully enjoyed their spring lookbook as they presented their new summer collection featuring American beauty Alyssa Miller who terribly reminds me of Irina Sheyk and Bianca Balti.

Stola lingerie

I have come across an interesting premium lingerie brand Stola from Colombia. The FW collection 2011-2012 was inspired by Kalash people and nature (an ethnic group living in the mountain range of Hindu Kush, in a province of Pakistan, having rather interesting traditions I must say, check the Wikipedia for more info on them). It features the lingerie that is divided into 3 ranges - Rain, Sand and Rocky Mountain. I liked the prints, evidently bearing the resemblance to the Kalash people designs and the environment surrounding them. It's this intertwine of cultural diversity and lingerie sophistication that creates a totally unique vision of the world. Here is the ad campaign.
