I'm really tired of the problems that blogger.com creates every day for those who live in Turkey. First, we cannot access to our own blogs but that's OK I can live with that for a time being, and now another problem which makes me terribly angry, I download the photo but I do not see it in the message and my visitors inform me that the photos actually look very awkward. Due to this reason I put posting here on hold till everything is right again, you can follow me here. Gone because I'm tired of this pain in the ass, sorry.

Rapsodia, summer 2011

I fell in love with this Argentinian brand the first moment I saw it. As I become more and more inclined to Boho style, I knew this is it. Actually I split the cover on this brand into 2 parts, here I want to present you some looks from their summer 2011 collection, and here (another blog of mine which I use when blogspot gets nasty and doesn't let me log in) you can see the collection.

Incanto, SS2011

The Italian brand, Incanto, presented its swimwear collection. Well, what can I say? I do not mean to be rude but it didn't impress me. At the same time, what do you want for that money? I can only comment on the collection itself. What I liked is the tendency to make a combination of mono colour top or bottom and a printed top or bottom. Anyway enjoy Incanto swimwear on Or Grossman at the photoshoot on the island of Capri.

Jolidon Clandestine, SS2011

Another range of Jolidon lingerie, Clandestine, which in my opinion is rather more daring and seductive in comparison with the main collection which I can say is sweet, that's the first word that springs to my mind. The trendy navy stripes are up to the point here, they create a very sexy sailor girl and I feel it looks a little bit like pin-up style. The rest of the collection is very cabaret style. Anyway, it would be nice to hear what you think about it :)

Jolidon, SS2011

The Roumanian brand, Jolidon, presented its SS collection which is very "spring" indeed - the colours are great - light greenish, pink, clean-sky blue. Floral prints also add to the effect of spring, the nature wakes up and we wake up with it. Enjoy!

Malha Lingerie, FW2011

Yesterday I found a very nice lingerie brand. Guess its origin, right, Colombia! It belongs to Confecciones Marlstone Ltd and is oriented on strong determined women between 24 and 30 years old who know what the trend is. First check their black and white ad campaign which to my mind is extremely sexy with those naughty little devil horns and mysterious mask, and  then see their lookbook. The colour palette is rather dark - dark hues of green, blue, red but there is a splash of bright lemon colour. And oh my God, those laces, they drive me crazy! On the whole, I enjoyed.

Ana Alcazar, SS2011

As usual I was net-trotting and stumbled upon a nice German brand from Munich, Ana Alcazar, run by two ex-model sisters, Beata and Jutta Ilzhofer. What do they produce? Now  that's a nice question the answer for which you'll find inside :)

Absolutely Pôm

A new player on the lingerie market, a French designer Pôm Sevestre and her first collection under the brand Absolutely Pôm. The collection includes 4 ranges which are named after women: Amy, Lily, Dita and Scarlett. I think you can already guess who the designer had in mind while naming the lingerie sets :) On the whole I would say that it's very sophisticated but at the same time very comfortable and absolutely sexy.

Nicole Gill and her Parisian Romance

A young but very talented British lingerie and corset designer, Nicole Gill launched her new collection called A Parisian Romance. It's all boudoir and frou-frou in style and the colour palette is luxurious - black and gold. What catches my eye are the lovely playfull detailings like frills and heart-shaped panels on the back of the panties.

Sretsis, FW2010 and SS2011

The Sukhahuta sisters, Pim, Kly and Matina, founded Sretsis (sisters spelt backwards) back in 2002.  "It’s all about whimsical prints, nostalgic details with a modern-day attitude", says Pim. It's very girlie, girlie chic I would say. Forgot to mention, Matina is the one who started her own jewellery brand Matina Amanita.
I know it's a bit late but I just can't help myself, it's beautiful, and you know I can't resist beautiful things. here is Sretsis's FW2010 Stolen Moments collection which was inspired by Lladro porcelain figurines. The colour palette is dusty pink and grey and ice blue, it all adds to the effect of creating porcelain dolls out of models. Enjoy!

Monsoon Fusion, SS2011

As usual Monsoon has presented wonderful dresses. The photos are amazing, they are full of sun and summer feel. By the way, I'm planning to buy a dress, not from Fusion collection but from the main collection. Hope Mom will get it for me because I have set my mind on it and will not accept anything else :)

Alannah Hill, FW2011

I was truly amazed when I saw Alannah Hill's designs. Actually I admire Alannah, her story is a real story of a modern Cinderella. Fancy, leaving home with only 30 dollars in the pocket and now being an owner of a fashion empire which is built on loveliest girlie chic designs. The Mysterious Girl collection is all about romanticism and innocence, elegance and tenderness and at the same time great sex appeal. I just couldn't resist this sweet girlieness.

RCrescentini, SS2011

Now THAT is very sexy and I can even say bold and provocative. Loads of sheer lace embellished with nice round spots, thin straps of bras and thongs, oh, and I absolutely love these under-bust corsets with lacing.

Cotton Club, SS2011

The Cotton Club Oro SS2011 collection is very chic and sensual. The sheer bras and teddies are embellished with lace details covering what they should cover. The range also includes loungewear with the basic colour palette of white and black and occasional blue tones and wonderful lace trimming.

Hush Hush, SS2011

The Dutch company Hush Hush has presented its new lingerie collection. The colour palette is rather basic - black, white, pearl grey - but there is a pop of bright turquoise. I wonder, who the model is.

Princesse Tam Tam, SS2011

The French lingerie brand Princesse Tam Tam follows its principle -  Légèreté, allure et liberté.
Ever since launching their first lingerie collection in 1985, the Hiridjee sisters keep on creating wonderful lingerie "for women by women".

Brasilian lingerie and homewear brand, Joge, has launched its W2011 ad campaign featuring models Dewi Driegen and Charlott Cordes wearing sexy and very elegant lingerie.

Strand Arcade, ad campaign FW2011

I liked the Strand Arcade FW 2011 ad campaign Beyond the Looking Glass featuring red-haired beauty Tiah Eckhardt. The general theme was the return of Alice 100 years after she left the room. The photo shooting was held in a run-down Victorian house with the decorations evoking the 20s-vibe.

Ann Taylor, summer 2011

Ann Taylor's summer 2011 lookbook presented by Isabeli Fontana is all about colour. You can see juicy backgrounds and a real splash of colour on the clothing like bright prints or a statement accessory and detailing.

Carine Gilson, SS 2011

To say that I was impatiently waiting for Carine Gilson's new collection, is actually to say nothing at all. Now that it's here I'm truly amazed and flabbergasted. Carine Gilson is a genuine Mistress of the Chantilly lace. Sometimes I wonder how can a human being create such wonderful, beautiful, almost weightless pieces of art? Does anyone have an answer to my question? But then again there are dummies which in my humble opinion spoil the view. Anyway, forget about the dummies, just Enjoy and get loads of aesthetic pleasure!

Intimissimi, wedding collection

Intimissimi launched a bridal collection featuring snow white silk and lace lingerie sets. There are also jersey and easywear collections. As soon as I get proper quality images, I will either update this post or make a new one so stay tuned.

Sonata lingerie - Ultraviolet collection

Sonata lingerie has presented its new Ultraviolet collection the main feature of which, to my mind, is the unusual lock of the bras - a half ring. I've never seen anything like this before.
A couple of words on the collection creator - Sonata Rapalyte - born in Lithuania - moved to London where she worked for various lingerie designers including Damaris Evans with whom by the way she launched the very first Damaris collection. Later on she moved to Sardinia where she gets inspired in peace and quiet.

Oxmo, spring 2011

Yesterday I stumbled upon a Danish brand, Oxmo, that creates lovely pieces of clothes for women who prefer sophisticated but unpretentious looks. I loved the ad campaign, it's very feminine.

Mimi Holiday SS2011

Damaris Evans has presented her new collection for Mimi Holiday lingerie brand. Lots of lace, great colour palette, trendy leopard print, piquant peak-a-boo knickers, sexy bows and my favourite this season lovely and romantic polka dot! Check the complete collection inside.

Elise Aucouturier

This is my recent discovery in the lingerie world, a French designer Elise Aucouturier who started her own brand in 2001. But since that time her lingerie has become a synonym of undeniable French elegance. Unfortunately I could not get the images of the whole collection, sorry folks, but I guess that's all for now.

Kriss Soonik, SS2011

The London-based Estonian designer Kriss Soonik has presented her SS2011 collection featuring orange colour and "underwear as outerwear" trends. The colour palette of the collection consists of basic black and white with the accent on orange. Frilled pants, suspender tops and loungewear resembling a trench coat looks very creative.

Qu'est-ce que je vais mettre aujourd'hui? Jadis!

Actually I discovered Jadis Boudoir, behind which stands a French designer Loic Barbarroux, last year. And since that time I kept on putting off the cover on this amazing fabulous brand. And now that it came to my mind, it turned out that his official web site is out of order. Stupid me, should have done the cover long before! So I've been gathering bit by bit the photos featuring his wonderful designs all over the net and that's what I came with.
I would say that Jadis designs are vintage, first because of the use of antique silks and laces and second, well, it has this subtle elusive vintage feeling. What I also like about Jadis is that all the pieces are unique and handmade. Jadis Boudoir is not only exquisite lingerie but also pret-a-porter and couture collections as well as a collection of scarves which are an essentional accessory of any fashionista. All I can say is that I'm absolutely in love with everything that comes under the Jadis brand and I would certainly love to have some pieces in my closet. Wearing these things will make any woman feel like a woman. Man, I feel like a woman! (Shania Twain) :)

Miss Triumph SS2011

Miss Triumph has also presented its SS2011 collection featuring all the trends of the season - floral, polka dot and stripes prints. Very energetic and dynamic.
